Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-11-02. Applies to fitlypulse.com.

This policy explains what information Fitly Pulse (“we”, “us”) handles when you use our website and web app, operated by YoungDev KH.

1. Information stored on your device

Your profile (age, height, weight, gender, activity level, goal), daily logs (water, steps, sleep, habits) and preferences (theme, language, units) are stored in your browser’s localStorage on your own device. We do not transmit these values to our servers. Clearing your browser data or using the “Clear All Saved Data” option deletes them. Backup files you export are saved only where you choose to save them.

2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate usage such as page views, device types, approximate location and which features are used. Analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect your IP address, which Google processes according to its own policies. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.

3. Advertising

We may show ads served by third-party advertising partners, such as Google AdSense or other ad networks. These partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your visits to this and other sites.

  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You can manage personalised advertising for Google at adssettings.google.com.
  • You can opt out of many third-party vendors’ personalised ads at aboutads.info/choices and, in Europe, youronlinechoices.com.

Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using cookies for analytics or personalised advertising.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We and our partners use them for analytics, advertising and (where applicable) remembering consent choices. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Because your health inputs stay on your device, we hold very little personal data. To make a request about data we may hold (such as analytics or email correspondence), contact support@fitlypulse.com.

6. Children’s privacy

Fitly Pulse is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

7. Third-party links

Our pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Security

We serve the site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for the security of your own device and browser.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
