By using fitlypulse.com and the Fitly Pulse web app (the “Service”), operated by YoungDev KH, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service provides
The Service offers health-related calculators (such as BMR, TDEE, BMI, hydration and macronutrient estimates), a personal habit tracker and educational articles. All results are estimates based on general formulas.
3. No medical advice
Content and results are for general information and wellness only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something on this Service. 4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that harms performance, or use it to break the law.

Information you enter in the tracker is stored on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your data.

The site design, code, text, graphics and logos are owned by or licensed to YoungDev KH and are protected by applicable laws. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. You may not copy or republish substantial portions without permission.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The Service may display third-party advertisements and link to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
